Falken Design Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) feature two thin sheets of corrosion resistant aluminum enclosing a polyethylene core. They are lightweight but strong, rigid and with extremely flat surface which is great for printing high quality graphics or text. Recommended fabrications are mounting (cold), digital printing, screen printing, painting, saw cutting, routing, drilling, die cut/punch and bending. Falken Design Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is mainly used for external and internal architectural cladding or partitions, false ceilings, signage, machine covering and container construction. Additional applications are interior wall decoration, low building cladding, shop face decoration, partitions interior decorations, POP Displays. Falken Design aluminum composite panels are 1 half the weight of aluminum. Front aluminum surface layer is brushed silver and comes with protective film. Back aluminum surface layer is coated with PE (polyester) color off-white and no protective film. Excellent durability in outdoor and outdoor applications. Stain resistant, weather and corrosion resistant. Very rigid, durable, and strong material although it is very light in weight. Applications: substitute for aluminum sheets or wood panels, graphic mounting, printing, interior and exterior signage, architectural indoor and outdoor cladding, structural point-of-purchase (POP) displays, exhibits, kiosks, engine covers and housing.
