Rosette Tatsoi Chinese Cabbage (Pak Choi) Seeds. 40 to 50 days to maturity. Non-GMO, Open Pollinated, Heirloom, Annual. Brassica rapa narinosa. This specialty pak choi is cold tolerant. Leaves are spoon shaped and dark green in color. Petioles are shorter than most pak choi varieties. In warmer temperatures the plant grows erect while in cold temperatures the plant forms flat rosettes growing close to the ground. Prefers mild and cool temperatures. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. So seeds in spring/summer after last frost, or in summer/early fall. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Plants can be harvested at any stage. Harvest the whole plant at once or pick the outer leaves for several weeks. Can be grown as a microgreen or baby-leaf.
